Supply update

As of right now, no positive news relating to perishable, dry food, certain proteins, and of course paper products. The only way that I have kept this operation intact is with multiple purveyors. Sometimes I have to hold off writing a particular menu because I don’t know if I can even get the product. I heard a rumor that some proteins might start stabilizing both in price and availability soon, but I’m not counting on it.

Take out

Take out continues to be very strong at times. Once in a while I have to make a decision. Whether to cut take out all together between the peak business periods. This is simply because it is hard for us to keep up with the restaurant and also with the take-out orders. It actually takes longer to put food into a box, if you can imagine that? But nonetheless we are all thankful for the increased business. Thank you for understanding and all of your continued support.
