Pre-Valentines Day Takeout Menu

All orders must be placed by 3:00 p.m. Friday February 12. (This is a four-course dinner available for pick up starting @3:30 p.m. Feb. 13.)

Roasted red pepper bisque topped with cilantro oil and parmesan


Mesclun greens with bleu crumbles, tart apple, craisins, candied walnuts and raspberry white balsamic vinaigrette

Rack of Lamb Provençal
Four-bone rack coated with seasoned bread crumbs, cherry merlot reduction,
parmesan russet potato dauphinoise, winter vegetables (Gluten free by request)

Cornish Game Hen
Pan-roasted, orange basil glaze, basmati rice, winter vegetables (Gluten free)

Seafood Duo: Oregon rockfish with Lobster Thermidor
Blackened rockfish served with a lobster tail (6-7 oz.), bound with sherry cream and shallots, then
stuffed back into the tail and baked, basmati rice pilaf, winter vegetables (Gluten free)


Chocolate dipped strawberries and white chocolate mousse berry tarts
