Chef’s Tidbits: May 2019

We have just recently added some new additions to our menus in the restaurant. Some traditional favorites have been implemented along with a few other new items. If you find out that maybe one of your go-to’s is no longer on the menu, it may come back as a featured special in the weeks to come.

As the season progresses there will be some changes to the offerings in Mulligans. Look forward to some more grab-n-go types of food like, antipasto, hummus, nachos, and ice cream just to name a few. On Thursdays we are bringing back our steak night. It starts off with a salad bar with baked potatoes with all the toppings and then a minimum of three steak selections at price points ranging from $24 to $36. We will be featuring Double R Ranch and Painted Hills Beef. Also, in addition to the steaks, salmon will always be available.

On behalf of your culinary team and front-of-the-house staff, I would like to say thanks to our members for a very successful year in 2018 and so far in 2019. It’s your continued support in the restaurant that made us successful. We know we have a captive audience here at the club and will continue to give you bragging rights of not just the outstanding golf course or athletics, but also the food and beverage department as well.
