 Cold Buffet

  • Artisan bread and brunch bakery sweets
  • Baby greens with three dressings, Mediterranean pasta salad, pineapple ambrosia, fresh fruit display, smoked salmon and lox platters w/crostini and condiments, cold poached shrimp with cocktail and lemon, gourmet cheese w/ Turkish apricots

Hot Buffet

  • Eggs Benedict with sauce maltaise
  • Scrambled eggs with Tillamook cheddar and chives (GF)
  • Cheese blintzes with Oregon tri-berry compote
  • Gourmet breakfast links and honey-cured bacon
  • Potatoes O’Brien, chicken Veronique (champagne grape sauce) (GF)
  • Belgian waffles w warm maple syrup, strawberry compote, and whipped cream
  • Seafood cakes w/saffron aioli (GF)

 Carving Station

  • Orange marmalade glazed ham
  • Montreal crusted prime rib au jus (GF)

Kid’s Buffet

Mac-n-cheese, homestyle chicken tenders, tater tots and fruit filled jello

 Dessert Station

An array of bite-sized delectable desserts to include: chocolate dipped strawberries (GF), mini fruit tarts, ice cream sundae bar, chocolate decadence (GF), white chocolate mousse cups, lemon bars, Granny Smith apple crisp (GF)
