Well, we got a little tease from mother nature with a couple days in the 60s but even so we were not able to get the course open. The extended cold temperatures just has the soil temps way down so the melting process is really slow. We’ve had the driving range open most days so at least you can get out and hit some balls. The golf simulator has been very busy; if you are interested in reserving some time on the simulator please do so by visiting the tennis court reservation page. The simulator is on the right-hand side.
We will have the entire junior golf schedule posted in the next couple weeks. There will be three components: Operation 36, PGA Junior Golf League, and a summer Junior Golf Program. When we post the schedule we will also describe what each program involves and the cost to participate. We are really looking forward to getting the junior program ramped up this year. Please feel free to give us a call in the golf shop (541-382-7437) if you have any questions.
New merchandise should start arriving the middle of March and really get ramped up in April. Almost every major club manufacturer has introduced new product we’ll be carrying, including Titleist, Taylor Made, Callaway, and Ping. We will have demos in most and will also be hosting several demo days starting in May (complete schedule coming soon). See you around the club!
